Baked Macaroni



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg macaroni
  • 750 grams spaghetti sauce of your choice (I prefer Del Monte-Sweet Style)
  • 1/4 kg ground pork/beef
  • 6 pcs regular size hotdogs (sliced)
  • 1 can button mushroom (pieces & stems, or sliced into halves)
  • 1 small can Nestle cream
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 medium size onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Grated cheese (of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste



Cooking Procedure:
  1. Prepare the macaroni according to package instruction. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion.
  3. Add ground meat, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix until the color becomes brown.
  4. Add the sliced hotdogs and mushroom. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the spaghetti sauce, cream, and condensed milk. Stir and simmer until thick.
  6. Add salt and pepper. Turn off heat.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni and meat sauce and mix until the sauce is well distributed.
  8. Transfer the macaroni to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  9. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius then bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
