Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg pancit bihon
- 1/4 kg pork (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 kg cabbage (chopped)
- 1 medium size carrot (sliced)
- 1 pc green/red bell peper (sliced)
- 1 chayote (sliced)
- 6 tbsp oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium size onion (sliced)
- 3 cups water
- 1 pc broth cube
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- Soak bihon in water. Set aside.
- If pork is fatty, boil it first in small amount of water and fry on its own fat until brown. Discard the fat.
- Heat the wok/pot and pour in the cooking oil.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Add the pork.
- Add in broth cube, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Put in soaked noodles and mix until it absorbs the liquid.
- Add the vegetables and mix for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg macaroni
- 750 grams spaghetti sauce of your choice (I prefer Del Monte-Sweet Style)
- 1/4 kg ground pork/beef
- 6 pcs regular size hotdogs (sliced)
- 1 can button mushroom (pieces & stems, or sliced into halves)
- 1 small can Nestle cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 medium size onion (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Grated cheese (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- Prepare the macaroni according to package instruction. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion.
- Add ground meat, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix until the color becomes brown.
- Add the sliced hotdogs and mushroom. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the spaghetti sauce, cream, and condensed milk. Stir and simmer until thick.
- Add salt and pepper. Turn off heat.
- Combine the cooked macaroni and meat sauce and mix until the sauce is well distributed.
- Transfer the macaroni to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius then bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1/4 kg cabbage (chopped)
