Ingredients:
- 1kg pork (ears/belly)
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 thumb size ginger, minced
- 3 chili pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon or 5 pcs calamansi
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- Scallion (optional)
Cooking Procedure:
- Boil pork in a pot for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
- Grill or fry the boiled pork and then dice.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pork, onion, ginger, and chili pepper.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the pork mixture and saute for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, lemon/calamansi, ground black pepper and salt. Mix for 1 minute.
- Turn of the heat and add the mayonnaise.
- Garnish with chopped scallion.
- Serve and enjoy!
